Account Manager

Securitas is seeking an Account Manager to oversee key client security accounts within our mission-driven, safety-focused organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality delivery of on-site and electronic security, fire, and safety services. You will monitor contract compliance, staffing, and performance metrics while coordinating closely with operations teams. The Account Manager conducts regular client reviews, analyzes incidents, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and supports renewals and growth opportunities. This position offers structured training, certification paths, and advancement into supervisory or specialist roles.
