If you are an analytical problem solver with a background in unionized healthcare environments, we want you on our team! salary: $56.25 - $56.26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as the direct point of contact for leaders to deliver modern professional HR solutions and strategic advisement. Manage human resources projects of critical importance, providing comprehensive data evaluation and policy recommendations. Advise on complex employment practices, salary administration, compliance, and labor relations. Partner closely with human resources subject matter experts to optimize workforce initiatives. Utilize ServiceNow and operational systems to track data and perform tactical administrative functions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional training. Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience. Proven HR experience within a complex healthcare or service organization. Direct background working with labor unions and expert knowledge of labor relations. Advanced proficiency in computer competency and ServiceNow software. Strongly preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR professional certifications. Must provide own transportation to report across multiple regional workplace campus locations. Must clear standard onboarding, including background verification, physical evaluations, drug screening, and mandatory healthcare vaccination policies.
