Key Responsibilities Schedule Manufacturing Starts and Completions in accordance with business priorities. Identify and schedule Planned Orders for conversion to Production Orders. Manage SPI & NPI Build Plan Cycle. Responsible for Product Transition process. Minimize P&L impact. Responsible for NPI responsiveness. Manage LTB (Last Time Buy) process to ensure operational responsiveness to future demands with minimum P&L impact. Responsible for SSG & WWOPs knowledge sharing, BKM engagement. Own internal & external audits preparation. Responsible for corporateBU dBs administration. Own multi-products high level planning. Manage high level program in terms of new processes and initiatives. Inventory Management – analyze usage data and stock levels to support business demands. Develop Inventory AOP. Lead inventory reduction activities. Set up new inventory management systems and modify existing systems. Be key member in company‑wide, multi-level, collaborative decision‑making processes, reaching the top levels in the business. Participate over cross functions, complex projects that drive efficient processes. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Business Expertise Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
