Are you confident on the phone, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by reaching goals? The Alex Wilson Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a Client Outreach Specialist to help expand our reach and create new opportunities for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and doesn't get discouraged by hearing "no." Your focus will be connecting with prospective customers, identifying insurance opportunities, and helping move interested prospects to the next step.

You don't need to be an insurance expert to get started. We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Your Role on the Team

You'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers. Through consistent outbound activity and follow-up, you'll help build our pipeline and connect potential clients with our sales team.

A typical day may include:

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
• Starting conversations and identifying potential insurance needs
• Gathering and verifying information needed for insurance quotes
• Creating qualified quote opportunities for the sales team
• Following up with prospects who have previously expressed interest
• Maintaining organized and accurate notes in our CRM
• Working toward established daily and weekly activity goals
• Coordinating with the sales team for smooth prospect handoffs
• Participating in coaching, training, and team development

Requirements

• Insurance License NOT REQUIRED
• Confidence speaking with new people over the phone

• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
• The ability to stay self-motivated and productive
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM systems
• A coachable attitude and willingness to improve

Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a call-center environment is a plus, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are also a plus.
