Pharmacy Technician
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for performing activities and functions in accordance with established policies and procedures to assist in the accurate dispensing of medications to patients. Essential duties include accurately counting and labeling prescriptions so that patients receive the correct therapy regimen. Additionally, the role involves recording drug storage conditions and temperature excursions. The technician also conducts quarterly checks for drug expiration dates and performs monthly checks.
