Hospitality Procurement Support Specialist

IDR is seeking a Hospitality Procurement Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in McLean, VA. This role involves supporting hotel operations and procurement functions within a dynamic hospitality environment. The company specializes in hotel management and supply chain solutions, providing a fast-paced and collaborative work setting.

Position Overview for the Hospitality Procurement Support Specialist:

• Supports hotel leaders and suppliers with customer service, supply chain guidance, training, and purchasing support
• Manages a high volume of emails and customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses
• Tracks activities and reports in Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
• Works cross-functionally to improve supplier adoption and hotel purchasing outcomes
• Conducts coaching and training sessions for hotel teams to enhance procurement processes

Requirements for the Hospitality Procurement Support Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of hospitality, procurement, supply chain, or hotel operations experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
