We provide paid training, coaching, and opportunities to grow. What You'll Do Teach daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and budgeting. Participate in activities, events, volunteering, and other real-world experiences. Encourage people to reach their goals and build independence. Build relationships and encourage communication, social skills, and self-advocacy. Help individuals enjoy their community and pursue opportunities that matter to them.
