Temporary Payroll SpecialistThe Temporary Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting end to end payroll operations in a fast paced, high volume environment. This role will process multi country payrolls, ensure accuracy and compliance with international payroll regulations, and maintain data integrity within a large enterprise payroll system (ERP). The specialist will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners to resolve discrepancies and deliver timely, accurate pay to employees worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Process high volume payroll cycles accurately and on schedule across multiple international regions.Maintain and audit employee payroll data within a large-scale ERP payroll systemVerify, reconcile, and balance payroll records, tax filings, and earnings/deductions.Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution in collaboration with cross functional teams.Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international payroll laws and company policies.Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end payroll activities.Assist with audits, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Proven experience in high volume payroll processing.International payroll experience required.Proficiency with large payroll ERP systems.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
