This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support, customer communication, and maintaining accurate records. The Billing Clerk will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing, organization, and follow-through on customer requests.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and provide professional, responsive customer service.Process billing information and maintain accurate documentation and records.Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organization of office files.Support daily operations within the transportation department.Communicate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.Assist with resolving customer questions and provide updates as needed.Complete additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in billing, administrative support, customer service, or office coordination.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data.Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.Dependable, organized, and eager to contribute to a busy office environment.
