Level Of Experience: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only) Position Lab Coordinator Location Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration 12 Months contract Hours per Week 40.00 Shift 1st Shift Client Medical Devices Company Job Category Healthcare Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment and scheduling emails to program participants as part of weekly collection activities Responsible for Informed Consent process Input data from the collection activities into electronic database and secure servers Tracking and maintaining documents in the site’s study binders and electronic files Assist with all site-level activities as part of associate based collection activities Complete enrollment process with all new collection program participants Prepare a schedule for daily collections in collaboration with site staff Set up appointments and track all re-screening activities Prepare daily documentation for studies (i.e. source documents, Informed Consents, Re-Screen form, etc.) Reconcile daily collections Enter and track subject reimbursement Access and training for all the above-mentioned duties will be provided Qualifications Associates Degree in a scientific discipline plus 1 year lab experience required or Bachelor’s Degree Strong teamwork and communication skills Detail-oriented Strong time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Able to learn new computer programs as needed Flexible and able to work in a high paced lab environment Previous experience administering Informed Consent a plus Must be proficient in English with the ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams and perform basic arithmetic #J-18808-Ljbffr
