A hospital in Boston, MA is seeking a Pharmacist for a contract role, starting ASAP, with a duration of 3+ months. This position involves inpatient pharmacist duties within a hospital setting, providing critical pharmaceutical support to inpatient care teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications for inpatient populations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Review and validate medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitor patient progress and medication efficacy
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system is ideal
