Job Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department in a variety of administrative tasks. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting employee relations, onboarding, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
• Prepare new-hire paperwork, employment documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, time off, and procedures.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, orientations, and other HR-related activities.
• Support performance review and employee development processes.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Other duties assigned.

Primary Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of administrative experience or in a HR support role.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and maintain confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (HRIS systems).

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
