$22 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to ensure we attract top talent for our team.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a supportive and responsive HR presence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using our HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Assist with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our team members.
• Administer employee benefits programs, providing clear communication and support to our staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, promoting a fair and equitable workplace environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient approach to attracting top talent.
• Ability to facilitate onboarding experiences that empower new hires and set them up for success from day one.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate HR records using HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
