Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design personalized therapy strategies that facilitate their recovery and progress
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply the latest evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure patients receive integrated, comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families effective therapy methods to encourage continual improvement at home
• Track and Adjust Outcomes: Monitor patient advancements and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to keep them on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university or college
• Pursuit of continuing education or additional certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
