Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, using validated assessment tools to ensure accurate diagnosis.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, preferences, and cultural considerations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster emotional regulation and resilience in clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and effective self-care strategies to promote greater understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Regularly monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n
