Who You Are A+ certified (required) At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role Comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technology — PCs, laptops, iOS & Android phones, network printers Familiar with enterprise environments and ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus) Strong communicator who can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users Fast and accurate typist (40+ WPM) What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal employees only Handle inbound calls and help desk tickets via phone, Teams, and email Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, mobile phones, printers, and basic network issues Support mobile device management using Intune / Entra ID Document issues clearly and escalate when appropriate Please respond directly to this ad or email a resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Compensation The expected range for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
