Matrix MSP, LLC is an IT Managed Security Services provider offering support, consulting, and managed IT services to businesses, associations, and home office users. Whether businesses need to supplement or replace their current IT staff, Matrix MSP has the expertise to meet their needs. We are located in the Washington DC-Baltimore-Richmond Area

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Cloud / Help Desk Tech. The Junior Cloud / Help Desk Tech will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, and computer repair for desktop computers. They will be required to work on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Experience with desktop computers, technical support, and troubleshooting
Proficiency in help desk support and computer repair
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field
0365/Azure experience a PLUS+
