Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy to foster client engagement.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, making appropriate referrals for comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance common goals, actively participating in team meetings and contributing to shared care strategies.

• Create integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and support systems for clients, ensuring seamless communication among family, clients, and healthcare providers.

• Monitor client progress through regular session notes, documentation, and adherence to treatment goals, ensuring timely reporting and communication with involved stakeholders.

• Provide crisis intervention during critical incidents and offer support during emotionally charged situations.

• Participate in agency committees focused on quality improvement and service delivery enhancements.

• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring efficient management of administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and reporting activities.

• Be available for on-call duties to support client needs outside of regular working hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
