Competitive salary, DOE, with potential for overtime Full time, stable onsite role in Franklin, TN with growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plan Hands on work with advanced technology and impactful projects Professional development in CAD and surveying tools Job Details Draft preliminary and final drawings, maps, and technical documents under the supervision of Professional Land Surveyors or Engineers Create and modify detailed CAD models for surveying, construction staking, topographic, boundary, and related projects Support data processing from field surveys, LiDAR, and other geospatial sources into accurate deliverables 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in surveying, civil engineering, or construction Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and other drafting applications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in CAD Drafting or related field preferred Interested in hearing more?
