As a Security Officer Spanish Visitor Arrival Desk in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for tenants, visitors, and employees. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, tenants, vendors, and/or contractors and directing them appropriately.
• Maintain awareness of building access points and visitor activity, following site-specific access control procedures and maintaining required logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor cameras, communication systems, and/or other security-related equipment from the front desk, reporting unusual activity according to site-specific policies.
• Support a professional lobby environment by applying site policies consistently and assisting with authorized deliveries, visitor registration, and tenant requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
