Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services tailored to individual needs in our outpatient clinic.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions, clearly articulate findings, and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintain organized treatment sessions by preplanning exercises and interventions that enhance fluidity and patient engagement.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring alignment with care goals and adjusting plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Engage in continuous professional development, collaborating with peers and attending workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement strength and conditioning strategies that support long-term patient health and recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will work with a diverse population of active adults who are motivated to regain their functional capabilities and maintain a high quality of life. Your approach will emphasize preventative care, fostering long-term relationships that encourage compliance and empowerment in their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is highly preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, with a successful track record of positive patient relationships and outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing personalized exercise programs for rehabilitation.
• Current CPR certification is a plus and will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
