Job Purpose The Strategic Account Manager - Ag Retailers focuses on building and managing relationships with large ag retailers, co-ops, and input providers. This role drives alignment between CNH solutions and retailer-led agronomic services, enabling joint value creation for shared customers. Candidate can be located anywhere within the continental United States, preferrably the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships with regional and national ag retailers/co-ops
- Align CNH precision technology and digital solutions with retailer agronomy and data platforms
- Identify co-selling and co-development opportunities that create value for mutual customers
- Enable field-level execution by coordinating with:
- Facilitate integration and workflow alignment between CNH systems and retailer operations
- Lead joint planning sessions and partnership reviews
- Bachelors Degree and 7+ years in ag equipment, precision technology, or enterprise account management. OR
- Associates Degree and 10+ years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of retailer business models (co-ops, independents, national chains)
- Experience in partnership development and channel strategy
- Knowledge of agronomic workflows and data-driven decision making
- Ability to navigate complex ecosystems (OEM-Dealer-Retailer-Producer)
- 40-60% travel required
