Overview Senior Technical Support Engineer | NYC or SF | $160K–$180K + equity One of the fastest growing infrastructure startups in the US is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to build a best in class support function from the ground up. This company runs CI workloads at serious scale, orchestrating tens of millions of VMs a month across a global bare metal fleet, and has nearly tripled revenue this year while moving upmarket into enterprise. Backed by a top tier VC, founding team out of Cockroach Labs and Faire. What you’ll be doing Defining playbooks, processes and SLAs as the support team scales from 2 to 4+. Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for engineering teams working directly in the product’s CI infrastructure. Reproducing customer issues and partnering closely with engineering to drive resolution. Feeding patterns back into product. Building automation and AI tooling to eliminate manual support work. What they’re looking for 5 to 10 years in technical support engineering, ideally from a Series B+ startup or a top tier engineering org (think Datadog, Notion, MongoDB, Cockroach, Figma). Comfortable communicating directly with engineers on a developer focused product. Has personally built or improved support processes rather than inherited them. High energy, strong communicator, thrives on volume. On-site 5 days a week, NYC or SF. #J-18808-Ljbffr
