Sales Representative

A well-established and fast-growing provider of residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across Central Pennsylvania is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join a team of Comfort Advisors to service customers in the Exton, PA area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing tailored solutions, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and are motivated by results. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The position includes a 13-week full-time training period with hourly pay, after which it transitions to a commission-only compensation structure that rewards performance and success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business and meet revenue goals. - Identify and engage decision-makers across residential and commercial prospects. - Deliver tailored presentations and proposals featuring the latest in comfort technologies and energy-efficient systems. - Lead with financing options to help customers make informed and affordable decisions. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation, promoting a superior customer experience. - Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance goals, share best practices, and support team success. - Provide timely follow-up to prospects and existing clients through calls and email communications. - Maintain detailed and organized records of leads, pipeline activity, and client interactions. - Submit regular sales performance updates and pipeline reports to sales leadership. - Perform additional sales-related duties as needed. Key Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in sales with a strong record of achieving or surpassing targets. - Previous experience in home services, HVAC, or related industries is highly preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Key Qualifications: - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during severe weather, as needed. - Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a range of climate conditions. - Physically able to perform the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs., walking, kneeling, standing, and using smart devices for extended periods. - Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and CRM tools. - Ability to speak clearly, communicate professionally, and maintain focus in a customer-facing role.
