URGENT HIRING – Jr. Staff Accountant
Long Beach, CA | Hybrid | Temp | Pay rate range: 35.00 - 38.00
We are seeking an experienced Jr. Staff Accountant to provide immediate support with AP, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Reconcile POs, vendor invoices, and prepayments
Process and verify international wire payments
Reconcile vendor statements and clean up AP
Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Review and reconcile employee expenses
Reconcile data to NetSuite
Prepare schedules for financial and borrowing-base reporting
Requirements
Hands-on NetSuite experience
Month-end close and reconciliation experience
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Excellent attention to detail
Corporate accounting experience

Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 AM–5 PM
Hybrid: Work from home Monday and Friday
On-site Tuesday through Thursday in Long Beach
Immediate start required
Temporary coverage with potential for temp-to-hire
