We're looking for an experienced  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex business challenges, and leading successful ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and beyond.

What You'll Do\n

You'll lead and support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.

\n

Your work will include:

\n

\n
• Leading Business Central implementation projects from discovery through go-live
\n
• Facilitating business process workshops and gathering client requirements
\n
• Configuring Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing
\n
• Supporting data migrations, testing, training, and user adoption
\n
• Working alongside developers on integrations and customizations
\n
• Providing post-go-live support and recommending continuous improvements
\n
• Troubleshooting complex functional issues
\n
• Building lasting client relationships through exceptional consulting and communication
\n

\n

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing consulting role where every project is different and every engagement presents new opportunities to create value. 

\n

What We're Looking For\n

We're interested in consultants who understand that ERP is about business transformation—not just software configuration.

\n

You'll be successful if you have:

\n

\n
• 3–7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) implementation experience
\n
• Strong functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and accounting processes
\n
• Experience supporting full implementation lifecycles
\n
• Experience with data migration, reporting, integrations, and APIs
\n
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
\n
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
\n
• The ability to translate technical solutions into practical business outcomes
\n

Bonus points for:

• Microsoft Business Central certifications
\n
• Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner or ERP consulting firm
\n
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
\n
• Accounting or finance background
\n
• Experience with multi-company or multi-currency environments 
\n
