Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring both client and family safety in urgent situations.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records in adherence with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, coping mechanisms, and strategies for conflict resolution to enhance their relational quality and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around both adults and children/adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
