What You'll Do

* Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your own connections

* Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce MLR's offerings and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist them through their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn income through commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your referrals
