Our reputation is built on three commitments: Uncompromising Quality Rapid Response Expertly Executed What You'll Do Machine components to exact specifications and tight tolerances Setup and operate CNC lathes or mills, ensuring correct tooling, programs, and job requirements Monitor operations, identify out-of-tolerance conditions, and make precise adjustments Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Maintain full part traceability and documentation Uphold strict safety, quality, and process standards What we're looking for We’re not looking for basic proficiency. We’re looking for elite operators: Someone in the top 10% of CNC mill/lathe operators in Houston or a desire to get there Someone who has experience with premium threading. Experience with TenarisHydril connections is a plus.
