Administration Full-time Your tasks at AKG Further development and strategic design of modern continuing education and training concepts for the AKG Group within the framework of the AKG Academy Responsibility for the operational management of the AKG Academy, including the definition and further development of standards and processes Selection and implementation of a future-proof learning management system for the AKG Group Planning and organization of selected training programs, including the optional delivery of individual formats Disciplinary management of the Design Academy and technical leadership of the global AKG Academy team Close collaboration with HR and functional departments of the AKG Group (worldwide) Selection, management, and collaboration with external training partners and service providers Support and implementation of learning initiatives in the context of new processes, systems, and organizational changes What we require from you A college degree, for example in economics, social sciences, or human resources Several years of professional experience in the field of continuing education, learning and development, or human resources development Extensive experience in designing, organizing, and implementing training and learning programs Proven experience working in an international environment for several years, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across national and cultural boundaries Strong digital aptitude, creativity, and practical experience with M365 applications Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as confidence in communicating in international contexts A structured, independent work style, as well as strong communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr AKG Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH
