Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized screening tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, taking their unique needs, goals, and preferences into account while leveraging evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote ongoing engagement in their treatment process.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals and challenges.

• Facilitate integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive treatment for each client.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the fields of marriage and family therapy and mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, accompanied by a competitive sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome qualified therapists to our team.
