Senior Manager, Maintenance and Reliability

Senior leadership role overseeing maintenance and reliability operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Manages technical teams while driving equipment reliability improvements, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across the site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of technical personnel and provide strategic direction to maintenance team
• Conduct root cause analyses on equipment failures using failure data and asset utilization metrics
• Develop and execute action plans to improve asset reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance
• Track KPIs, support monthly reporting, and drive improvement initiatives across the organization
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, EHS standards, cGMP, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field with 10+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years leading teams with direct managerial and personnel management responsibilities
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance, reliability concepts, and asset management practices
• Experience with root cause analysis and failure data analysis techniques
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detailed understanding of GMP manufacturing, regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, EPA, DEA)
• Budget development and financial management experience
