Weare seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented OperationsCoordinator to support the Propulsion System Controls organization.This role blends administrative support with analytical and technicalresponsibilities and requires strong communication skills to workeffectively with global teams. Key Responsibilities: *Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
*Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track follow-ups
*Create and enhance presentations (PowerPoint)
*Build and analyze datasets using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, visuals)
*Collect and interpret operational data to support decision-making
*Coordinate cross-functional work and maintain structured documentation Must-Have Skills: *Intermediate + Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
*Strong communication and attention to detail
*Ability to work onsite and support a global team
*Organizational and problem-solving abilities
*Comfortable handling sensitive information Requirements

- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a global organization.
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; strong attention to detail.
- Availability to support executives outside standard business hours when needed.
