- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR, payroll, and benefits questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, system updates, and coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within HR and payroll systems
- Provide general HR administrative support, including reporting, compliance tracking, and process coordination
