Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise technology modernization and financial services transition initiative.

The Program Manager will oversee program deliverables, resources, dependencies, requirements, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination across multiple business divisions and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-visibility enterprise programs, driving process reengineering, and coordinating complex technology modernization initiatives.

• Lead large-scale enterprise technology modernization and transformation programs .

• Manage program deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Coordinate across multiple business divisions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Establish clear milestones and proactively manage cross-functional and cross-division dependencies.

• Ensure stakeholders remain aligned with program schedules, commitments, priorities, and deliverables.

• Lead requirements gathering and ensure complete business and technical requirements are documented.

• Facilitate process mapping and process reengineering activities.

• Identify opportunities to streamline existing business processes and leverage new technologies.

• Support teams and management through significant business and technology process changes.

• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, status meetings, and executive presentations.

• Provide clear program reporting and communicate progress, risks, issues, and decisions to leadership.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across business and technical teams.

• Apply Agile methodologies and work-management practices to support program delivery.

• Maintain program documentation, schedules, action items, decisions, and governance artifacts.

• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, accountability, and dependable execution throughout the program lifecycle.

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Ownership, IT Modernization, Enterprise Delivery , or equivalent.

• 8+ years of experience with process reengineering and process mapping.

• 8+ years of experience driving on-time delivery through milestones, dependencies, and schedule management.

• 8+ years of experience coordinating complex stakeholder groups and maintaining schedule alignment.

• 8+ years leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives.

• 8+ years of strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation experience.

• 8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban .

• Experience with Agile/work-management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Planner , or similar platforms.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Microsoft Project, and Power BI .

• Hands-on experience supporting organizations through significant business and process changes.

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and dependability.

• Active PMP certification required.

• CSM or SAFe certification.

• Experience with banking platforms, Oracle, ERP systems , or similar enterprise financial technologies.

• Experience with revenue collection, cash management, payment processing , or related financial operations.

• Experience with product management or Agile/product credentials such as:

  • CSPO

  • PSPO

  • SAFe POPM

  • CSM

  • Lean Six Sigma

  • ITIL Foundation
