Chief Inspector/Director of Quality - (FAA 145 Repair Station) Join a highly respected aviation services organization committed to safety, precision, and regulatory excellence. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead, train, and oversee inspection personnel to ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 standards Witness, validate, and approve acceptance testing for serviced components Ensure all inspections, documentation, and records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready Serve as primary liaison with FAA representatives and support regulatory compliance initiatives Required Skills & Experience FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, Repairman Certificate, or eligibility upon hire Minimum 5 years in FAA Part 145 Repair Station + 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required) and process documentation Ability to interpret technical regulations, solve complex problems, and manage procedures Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with ERP systems (Quantum Control preferred) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Quality-related field Competitive salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
