Project Coordinator

Such businesses include Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more. Job Responsibilities Identify and dispatch vendors whose skills align with the trade Recruit new vendors as needed Negotiate vendor labor and material pricing Proactively monitor communications with clients to ensure proper updates are sent out, either directly to the client or on their 3rd party system. Answer client and vendor inquires and resolve issues in a timely manner Track materials and schedule jobs within client expectations Work with Project Managers to resolve client/vendor escalations Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor (including but not limited to processing final invoices, processing vendor invoices, processing PO’s and overseeing documentation that are project related) Job Qualifications 2-year degree Commercial construction and/or facility maintenance experience preferred Strong customer service and management skills Excellent Time management skills Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Organized & detail oriented Experience working with & managing sub-contractors Must be creative and think outside the box Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Company paid Group Term Life Insurance 401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match) Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidays Paid Holidays Why Broadway?
