Job description:

• Coordinator is responsible for supporting training operations, learning management system administration, training records, reporting, and coordination activities that help ensure accurate, timely, and effective delivery of training programs.
• This role requires strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, a solid understanding of learning management system functions, and the ability to identify issues, recommend practical solutions, and drive work forward with limited direction.
• The ideal candidate is solution oriented, self-directed, and motivated, with the initiative to manage priorities, analyze information, resolve routine system, or process issues, and support continuous improvement across training administration processes.
• This position works closely with training delivery teams, instructional design, operations partners, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate learning data, support course and class setup, monitor compliance-related records, and contribute to a positive training experience for employees and contractors.
