We look at the entire facility—inside and out—and can impact 70% of what a building operator allocates critical budget dollars toward, including: Strategic electricity and natural gas procurement, renewable energy, and demand response; climate impact reduction and reporting, net zero strategies, and sustainability planning; roofing, solar, HVAC assessment management, pavement, building envelope, data center optimization, and EV charging; lighting/LED retrofits, HVAC/mechanical systems, and BMS/BAS improvements and implementation.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused professional to support executive leadership through advanced reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence automation. This individual will sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership, helping transform data into actionable insights and executive-ready deliverables.The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, ERP/CRM data integration, along with strong financial analysis rigor (forecasting, modeling, variance analysis). This person is heavily involved in executive reporting and process automation, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and drive scalable reporting solutions across the organization.Do you possess the following?Driven to take control of complex data environments and turn them into clear, repeatable reporting systems.Able to think independently and make sound decisions quickly—without needing constant direction.Direct and factual in communication, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.Highly motivated by ownership, measurable outcomes, and seeing your work directly influence business decisions.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with tight timelines and multiple priorities.Strong preference for structure, accuracy, and building scalable solutions over manual, one-off work.Willing to challenge inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement better ways of working across Finance, Operations, and IT.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting packages using Power BI and related BI toolsPartner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to automate reporting and improve data visibility across the organizationBuild automated reporting workflows integrating ERP, CRM, and operational systems into Power BI and PowerPoint deliverablesBuild and maintain financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and planning.Perform variance analysis and communicate drivers to leadership.Support business reviews with financial and operational insights.Create executive-level presentations and board-ready materials with a strong focus on storytelling through dataDesign scalable reporting solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance decision-makingSupport monthly business reviews, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and strategic planning initiativesWork closely with IT and data teams to improve data integrity, data structure, and reporting architectureTranslate complex business problems into actionable analytics and visualization solutionsQualifications5–8+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, FP&A analytics, or related rolesBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldAdvanced Power BI experienceStrong experience with, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization toolsExperience working with ERP and CRM platformsProven ability to automate reporting and streamline business processesPreferred ExperienceExperience in private equity-backed or high-growth environmentsExperience supporting executive leadership, board reporting, or operational reviewsFamiliarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence architectureExposure to automation tools, APIs, or Power BI-to-PowerPoint reporting workflowsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong business acumen combined with technical analytics capabilitySomeone who can “connect the dots” between data, operations, and executive decision-makingA proactive self-starter who thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environmentA professional who can turn complex data into clear business narratives and actionable insightsStrong executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities $110,000 - $145,000 a yearBase salaryNote: Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job.
