About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Talent Management to lead the development and execution of enterprise talent management and learning strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that support business performance, leadership capability, employee development, and organizational growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to influence and partner with executive teams, drive scalable talent strategies, and operationalize enterprise-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities include talent management strategy, succession planning, talent reviews, employee and leadership development, performance management, and talent assessment. The Vice President will also be expected to foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and organizational growth, and to ensure that talent and learning strategies are aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs. Applicants for the Vice President, Talent Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and typically 12+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, and HR leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in talent management disciplines, including succession planning, leadership development, learning strategy, performance management, and talent assessment. Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations, and a background in the GovCon industry, are also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise talent management, influencing C-suite leaders, and driving leadership capability and employee development initiatives. Key competencies for this role include talent management strategy, executive development strategy, organizational learning, and strategic partnership.
