About the Role
The Company is in search of an Investment Banking Vice President to play a key role in the execution of high-impact transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, conducting in-depth due diligence for M&A and investment opportunities, and supporting senior bankers in both transaction execution and business development. The role also involves performing industry and market research to identify trends and support strategic recommendations.
