Quality & Training Manager

Quality & Training ManagerSavan is seeking a Quality & Training Manager to support a federal records management program. This role will lead quality assurance and training functions, ensuring compliance with Government standards and continuous improvement across operations. The Quality & Training Manager will oversee a team responsible for audits, process adherence, and workforce training. The ideal candidate will have experience managing quality control programs, developing training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with federal policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance improvements across teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead quality assurance and training programs across all task areasManage a team of quality auditors and trainersDevelop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and proceduresEnsure compliance with Government regulations, policies, and standardsConduct audits, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvementsCoordinate training programs to enhance workforce performance and consistencyCollaborate with operations leadership to address gaps and drive continuous improvementRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Quality Management, or related field3+ years of experience managing quality control and/or training programsExperience supporting federal programs and compliance-driven environmentsStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to develop and enforce quality standards and proceduresSix Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days)Work Location & ScheduleHybrid scheduleOn-site presence at Savan Headquarters (Vienna, VA), client site in Washington, DC, and remote work as appropriate.Application Process Submit your application to the link on this page.
