- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Train clients of all fitness levels through creative, personalized workouts
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of personal trainers
- Drive sales performance and monthly revenue goals
- Coach trainers on program design, client retention, and performance excellence
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and results
- Represent GYMGUYZ in community partnerships and events Model our core values Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) every day
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3 - 5 years of fitness management and leadership experience
- Proven sales and client service success in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Proficiency with scheduling, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and willingness to travel between sessions
