1. year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
2. years of retail experience is an asset.

Passion for fashion. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and natural ability to build relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention and service. Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are an asset.
