Payroll Administrator We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Etime . Location: Manhattan, NY Compensation: $41 – $43 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Hybrid (4 days in office) Responsibilities Process weekly, biweekly, and semi‑monthly payroll accurately and on time Review and audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration and reporting Manage time and attendance records through Etime Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications 2 or more years of payroll processing experience Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now Experience using Etime or similar time‑keeping systems Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities How to Apply Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io .
