Opportunity We are seeking an Analyst in the Infrastructure Advisory Business to support our rapidly growing business. Contribute to delivering projects for a wide range of clients, including water, electric, gas utilities, oil & gas, data centers, and other commercial clients. Develop core consulting skills through training, mentoring, and exposure to projects. Gain experience in strategy and planning, digital & AI/ML, asset management, system implementations (Operational Technology, Enterprise Asset Management, Advanced Metering Infrastructure), and asset engineering. The Team The Infrastructure Advisory Business offers solutions focused on the asset lifecycle, including Asset Management & Operations & Maintenance, Infrastructure Technology, Cybersecurity Solutions, and Planning & Transactions. The Analyst Team supports projects across multiple solutions, providing early‑career professionals with technical projects and skills to build a foundation and advance to a specific career track. Key Responsibilities Under close supervision, collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, and models as client‑ready deliverables, focusing on detail, clarity, and structure. Participate in client meetings and workshops to support the project team with presentation, facilitation, and note taking. Diagnose issues and develop solutions using appropriate technical methods and subject matter experts. Develop professional judgment through exposure to industry practices and guidance from senior team members. Adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements; demonstrate accountability for timely, high‑quality work. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts; timely escalation of risks, issues, or questions. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; participate in professional development. Build foundational knowledge across IA solution areas, developing depth in a specialization over time; demonstrate learning agility and curiosity. Management Responsibilities Individual Contributor Preferred Qualifications Internship or work experience on an engineering project or in an engineering/consulting environment. Preferred Skills: Develop functional or technical knowledge in at least one target industry. Develop functional or technical knowledge in at least one solution area. Decision‑making abilities including insight on multi‑dimensional issues. Human relations skills: collaboration and team functions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used business software. PC literacy with applied knowledge. Preferred Consultant Skills: Curiosity and initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and industry concepts. Ability to break down problems into logical components with guidance. Produces high‑quality work products with strong attention to detail. Clear communication in written and verbal formats. Effectively works in team‑based, deadline‑driven environments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Science, preferably in business, math, or engineering, or relevant business experience. 0‑2 years experience in a business/consulting environment.
