What You'll Be Responsible For
As a trusted business partner, you'll help ensure the financial health of a high-volume luxury hospitality operation by:

• Supporting all aspects of hotel accounting and financial reporting
• Partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyzing operational results and identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Overseeing core accounting functions including payables, receivables, payroll reconciliation, and cash controls
• Managing month-end close activities and maintaining accurate financial records
• Working across multiple financial and operational systems to improve reporting and efficiency
• Helping strengthen processes as the organization continues to scale

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with business curiosity and a proactive mindset.


Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Hospitality finance experience
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working with multiple technology platforms and financial systems
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and a desire to continuously improve processes
