About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and ensure the financial sustainability of the organization. The CEO will be the primary executive leader, accountable to the Board of Directors, and responsible for the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. This role involves executive oversight of all programs and services, including medical and dental practices, behavioral health, and community health. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining compliance with various regulatory and grant requirements, as well as fostering a positive organizational culture and promoting the company's public image. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related area. The role requires a leader with a strong background in operations, financial management, and strategic planning, who can demonstrate the ability to lead with integrity, build strong relationships, and foster a collaborative culture. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or similar setting, as well as familiarity with HRSA Health Center Program requirements, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be committed to the mission of serving rural and underserved communities, with a focus on improving access to quality healthcare services.
