Mid-Level/Senior Labor and Employment Associate

Our client, a highly regarded Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Mid-Level/Senior Labor & Employment Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Hartford or Stamford, Connecticut. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice representing clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 and Global 500 organizations. The role offers a sophisticated mix of employment counseling, litigation, workplace investigations, compliance, training, labor matters, and representation before state and federal agencies, with significant client contact and excellent long-term career development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on multi-state employment issues, handling employment litigation through discovery and motion practice, drafting workplace policies and employee handbooks, and supporting the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Workplace investigations experience is a plus. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
