Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions to individual adults, utilizing CBT techniques and other modalities to facilitate healing.

• Collaborating closely with other psychiatric providers and counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the client’s needs holistically.
\n
• Employing automated symptom self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to evaluate client progress and make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Participating in weekly live drop-in consultation sessions with leadership for ongoing clinical support and guidance.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and efficient documentation using our easy-to-navigate electronic medical record (EMR) system, integrating treatment software and crisis protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults, particularly those who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including those at heightened risk for suicide. You will be instrumental in fostering emotional resilience and promoting mental well-being among these individuals, thereby integrating compassionate care that emphasizes their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work. Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with adult populations in a mental health setting, with an emphasis on effective therapeutic interventions.

• A proven record of independence in practice and providing evidence-based therapy over the previous year.
\n
• A welcoming attitude towards diverse populations, reflecting a commitment to delivering culturally responsive care.

• Technological proficiency to effectively integrate digital solutions into clinical practice and enhance client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
